Hoverfly

From last autumn: a female Eristalis pertinax (Diptera: Syrphidae).  An "entirely orange front tarsus" and "the hind tibia is pale in the basal half" (quotes from British Hoverflies, Stubbs and Falk, 2002, page 292).
