Tachinid Fly

From back in May: Tachina fera (Diptera: Tachinidae).  Compare with Nowickia ferox, which is similar but has black legs.

Photos taken in Whiteknights Park, Reading, UK, on 2010-05-18 and 2010-05-23, respectively.
