Small Green Wasps

What I think is probably a female Pteromalid wasp (Hymenoptera: Pteromalidae) on a burdock leaf.  A few weeks earlier, I had seen the following, probably the same species, also on burdock:

They look similar to some Pteromalus sp or Dibrachys sp, but I don't feel confident enough to claim an identification.
